New Moon Solar Eclipse In Aries 2025 – Strong Start

The  new moon partial eclipse in Aries will take place at nine degrees, in the early morning on March 29th, 2025.  New moons are about new beginnings. This new moon offers a particularly strong start.

I say this because Aries is the first sign, but also because the sun and moon are essentially unaspected, other than Mercury being nearby as shown below.  The energy is pure and unhindered.

That said, unfortunately, Aries ruler Mars is in Cancer, the sign of it’s Fall.  It’s also tightly squaring Chiron. This will make it more difficult to use the energy.

My idea is to incorporate Cancerian concerns when setting my intention.  Home, family, safety and security.  Think in terms of an armed guard on the perimeter, rather than fighting in the home.

We set intentions under new moons. Here are some ideas based on the house in your natal chart where the new moon will falls:

• New Moon in the 1st house –  Family leader.
• New Moon in the 2nd house – Sentinel of the money
• New Moon in the 3rd house –  Proactively contact family, siblings and neighbors to keep your circle tight.
• New Moon in the 4th house – Family hero. Also heavy work at home,
• New Moon in the 5th house – Raw male energy fun. Teach children to fight. Active play.
• New Moon in the 6th house – Offer to help!  Make an effort to improve your health.
• New Moon in the 7th house – Nurture your relationship.  Hunt love, if you’re so inclined.
• New Moon in the 8th house – Courageously face your demons and fight to defeat them.
• New Moon in the 9th house – Get out and go beyond.  Seek higher ground.
• New Moon  the 10th house –  Lead by example.  Nothing else will do.
• New Moon in the 11th house –  Group participation.  Contribute to humanity.
• New Moon in the 12th house – Spiritual warrior. Pray for the courage you need.
