Saturn Neptune In Pisces – Psychogenic Defense

pisces fishes green“When I was around twenty, I went on a date with a guy who told me, ‘If you’re not at ease, you’re dis-eased!’ I laughed heartily at the time, but I now realize he was right. I rarely speak with a client, friend, or family member, these days, who isn’t suffering from something, at least intermittently, directly caused by the news or media in general.

This isn’t surprising, as we’re constantly bombarded with chaos and upset, morning, noon, and night. This leads to lost sleep, stress-filled dreams, and various illnesses. Often, the illness and its cause are difficult to define. Even with doctor’s visits, clarity is frequently lacking.

The Saturn-Neptune conjunction is nearing its peak. If you have planets at late degrees of mutable signs or very early cardinal signs, you’ll be under significant pressure for the rest of the year, extending into February 2026. The sheer volume of convoluted information makes it increasingly difficult to discern truth.

This issue isn’t limited to politics; it’s pervasive.

‘Ivermectin cures everything.’ ‘Idiots who take Ivermectin…’

Do you see what I mean? It’s bad. People are reluctant to talk to each other, and when they do, they encounter statements like:

‘Idiots who take Ivermectin…’ ‘Ivermectin cures everything.’ ‘Two fish, going which way???’

This only exacerbates the problem.

You may need to actively defend yourself. This can be done by paying attention to your feelings as you consume content. If the content makes your heart race, it’s a strong indication that it’s detrimental to your well-being. Turn it off and take immediate control.

If the content uplifts you, eases your burden, makes you laugh, or gives you hope, then continue with it.

We’re all vulnerable right now. While certain things are necessary, others are optional. It’s crucial to discern (Virgo). Here’s an example:

The other day, a man messaged me for help, demanding that I assist him and refrain from being ‘a bitch.’ This wasn’t his first or second time messaging me in this manner. I believe it was the third, and this time, I blocked his email.

Do this for yourself. This is a difficult time, a time of vulnerability. You need genuine friends and support, love, not a cheap imitation. Who needs a frenemy?

I used to tolerate such behavior, just as I tolerated this man calling me ‘a bitch.’ This wasn’t because I’m a doormat, but because I have compassion, grounded in self-esteem. However, it’s too much now, and there’s another factor…

For months, I’ve observed people suffering, dying, and being struck by unforeseen hardships, losing friends and family. I’ve decided to take great care not to cause harm to anyone. In my world, kicking someone when they’re down has always been taboo. Given that nearly everyone is struggling now, I’ve made this a personal rule.

I believe this is a good practice for everyone, as Saturn governs karma.

Establishing personal rules makes it easier to manage challenging situations. I want to emphasize that I strongly believe most people would benefit from gravitating toward light and away from cruelty.

Have you set up any type of psychogenic defense?
