em ZachMonday morning, the Sun-ruled Leo Moon charges through a t-square with Taurus Uranus and Scorpio Juno as the weekend’s sextile of Aries Mercury to Gemini Jupiter perfects. The collective mood is elevated to peak drama levels, passionate and unpredictable. What can be expected is an abundance of stimulation.

Communications and solicitations are on blast, but what comes in also goes out. Ride out to meet them.

Afternoon takes the Leo Moon through a fiery trine to Mercury, then into Mercury’s territory in Virgo and the point of a yod from retrograde Pluto in Aquarius and Neptune-Venus in Aries. An active imagination has deep roots and the ability to call up fantastical fantasies from the past. Information, data, and sensory input received are grist for the mill that is the mood. Are you biased? Of course you are! We all are. Be aware of your bias so that you are not misled. Satisfaction comes when we’re discerning but accept these gifts on our own terms.

Mercury moves in conjunction with Chiron in Aries through Tuesday night. An active lesson. A chance to put past missteps to use on our way to mastery. The map laid over the territory seeps into your mind: You can walk the talk.

Tuesday’s Mercury-ruled Virgo Moon trines the Venus-ruled Taurus Sun. It feels like it’s easier to think, like the obstructions are clearing and the pace is steady. Earthy grounding allows time for it all to sink in, and space to order interests into actionable agendas.

Through Tuesday afternoon, Aries Venus actively sextiles retro Pluto, so missed opportunities may come around again. In any case, if your desire is still engaged, there’s a chance to press your point and create a powerful opening. How much do you want it? Give it a shot.

On Wednesday, the Virgo Moon squares Jupiter, conjoins the south node, trines Taurus Uranus, then opposes Pisces Saturn. It’s a busy sky, but the Moon is its match. Expect an obstacle course, but one where you’ll come out on top. The challenges are real, but there’s no threat in them. This is skill-honing stuff, putting a new spin on what you do with old tools. Open your mind and don’t get in your own way. It’s empowering, emboldening. It may even flip the script.

Early Thursday, the Moon hits Venus-ruled Libra and an opposition to Neptune. In the night, the mood drifted from fact to fantasy, and we wake with awareness of the shift. So here’s the thing: Do you want the fantasy or are you keen for what you can go for right now? It’s the classic bird in the hand versus two in the bush thing, and the mood is based on starting right NOW.

The Libra Moon goes on to trine retro Pluto, opposes Venus, then sextiles Mars. This mood — I was going to say “takes no prisoners”, but what I really mean is it takes as many prisoners as it needs to, in any way it deems necessary. With a smile! The world smiles back and opens the door!

Friday’s Libra Moon cruises along on its own till afternoon when it glides through a quincunx to the Sun… think Gene Kelly dancing over a teeter totter so gracefully that it looks like magic. Moon sign-ruler Venus trines Venus sign-ruler Mars through the week, fire to fire, so desire escorts action and adds to its odds for a crackling success.

By nighttime, the Moon joins Jupiter and Aquarius Pallas Athena in a grand trine in air, a whirlwind of inspiration and motivation with the added pop of attuned recognition. It feels like it all makes sense. Because it does.
